1) Eligibility & location

• You must be in Canada and be 20 years or older to use the Service.
• You must not use the Service if you are legally prohibited from doing so.

2) Social casino – no real-money gambling

The Service is for entertainment only. It uses virtual currency/virtual items and does not offer real-money gambling.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account and maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with law.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or misuse reporting/support channels.
• Do not buy, sell, gift, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

5) Virtual currency & virtual items

• Virtual currency/items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable for money.
• No withdrawals, cash-out, or prizes of real-world value are available through the Service.
• Virtual currency/items are a limited licence to use within the Service; they are non-transferable and may be modified, removed, or rebalanced.

6) In‑game purchases (if offered)

• Purchases (including via app stores) are for virtual items only and do not create any cash value.
• All sales are final to the extent permitted by law; refunds are handled according to the relevant store/payment provider and applicable law.
• Prices and taxes (including Canada GST where applicable) will be shown at checkout.

7) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, artwork, and trademarks. You may not copy or use them except as allowed by these Terms.

8) Service changes & availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, content, or virtual currency balances) at any time.

9) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (if any). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under Canada law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Competition Act.

10) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Canada courts.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for safety, security, or legal reasons.
